There isn't a single place where you can get this kind of information. So how bout we make this kind of a reckoner. All you need is Microsoft Excel. Any spreadsheet will do, but then you will have to write a lot of formulas by yourself. MS Excel has a ready template for this. Open Excel and go to New.
